Solving problem with special characters into git url

This problem was blocking the previous delivery that contains:

Delivery from Milestone 08/12 - Issues #78, #63, #65 e #94

• Correction for the issue #78: Just created cards were been created without the colour of the respective repository.
• Include feature #63: Unassign responsable user for the issue
• Fix issue #65: Changing repositories quickly will show the contents of "slowly" requests
• Fix issue #94: Duplicated issues when the user unselect a repository

PS: #65 e #94 were resolved implemented a loading feature

Loading behaviour fix plus functional test matching loading behavior

• Loading now only happens on big requests
• Functional tests includes loading intervals so it can function correctly
