Completely rewritten source code, removed bugs

To eliminate a bug, source code had to be rewritten.

New source code functionality, with better comments(Bugged)

Data which is left in memory by BootSector is now documented, and can be used in loaded code.

Working release...(Bugged)

Source code - Fully working, supports FAT32 partitions on MBR partition tables

Linux install script - Fully working with good representation of partitions/drives, and pretty easy interface

Windows install binary: - Fully working with different representation of logic partitions(No letters, only physical partitons.), a little bit less user friendly interface.
