Toss this in /Data/SKSE/Plugins alongside the current version's Address Library, then run skse_loader.exe to generate the offsets txt file.
This works on both 1.5.x and 1.6.x versions of Skyrim!

Changelog v1.1:
Print a message to log when done dumping the address library.
Fix the version number saying 4.0.0.0. Whoops. Dunno where that came from, to be honest.
