Updated the Gradle system and Kotlin version to fix compatibility issues with the latest Flutter version. Also updated outdated libraries to resolve build problems, including issues with running build_runner. The migration was performed following Flutter's official documentation to ensure compatibility and stability. Let me know if you need anything. Here is my flutter version for reference.
