Addresses suggestion made in #83 to be more explicit in our installation instructions about which Python versions work and how one could try to install via
mambaifcondais taking too long, in doing so I think this closes #82.Also updates import statements for
scipy.ndimage.morphologyfunctions as several of those are being deprecated (per issue #58).
