A twitter bot for FriendlyQuizz.

Tweet to @FQ_Georges with the #ChallengeMe hastag.

1. @FQ_Georges calls our quizz API to fetch a random question and runs a new challenge of 5 minutes duration.
2. While the challenge is running anyone can participate and tweet the answer.
3. When the challenge is over, @FQ_Georges tweets the name of the winners.
4. If someone is trying to invoke an other challenge with the #ChallengeMe hastag while a challenge is already running, @FQ_Georges will reply him by tweeting the challenge's url thread.
