wf-shell 0.8.1

This is a bug-fix release with a few smaller new features:

• Ability to configure a binding to toggle the menu widget (from the wayfire-shell plugin in Wayfire)
• SIGUSR1 can be used to change the background if multiple backgrounds are configured

Compatible with wf-config 0.8.x and wayfire 0.8.x
