Simpler approach to ngrok using config.json as central spot for any ngrok overrides: https://ngrok.com/docs

Add docs for quickstart, security considerations using ngrok, live reload, etc

From fresh clone:

  • npm run setup
  • Enter bot token in config.json
  • npm run tunnel
  • Enter tunnel url in webhookUrl in config.json
  • npm run dev
