Update links to archived repositories in documentation

Description

This PR is a small fix to the docs to point a few references to archived repositories to the monorepo.

Testing Instructions

See that the updated docs preview links to the right place for these modifications.

This is such an interesting workflow, I was surprised I hadn't heard of it or come across it in the code. Funnily it has never been executed once.
