  • This is the GUI for the Flash Entropy Search.
  • The .msp, .mgf, .mzML, .lbm2 file formats are supported.
  • You can download the file below based on your OS.

Please note that in this version the charge is ignored from both input and output files. The program will search all spectra in default.
