Logging & fixes

• Logging can be enabled by changing the logging setting to 1 (basic logging) or 2 (more verbose logging).
• Heartbeat should keep session online, you should no longer have to restart the program and sign back in if you go AFK for a bit.
• Changed versioning scheme to something sensible. Previous release should have been 2.2.0.

Bug fixes and stability improvements

• No longer create sentry file for accounts using 2FA. This might help
  solve issues with people not signing in properly.
• Timeout when waiting for Steam to respond with econ data. This means
  that the program will no longer need restarting if you set the time
  delay too low - just increase it and press start again.
• Couple of small QOL changes and formatting.

Update item index to include new skins.
Cleaned up code a bit.

Mobile Authentication support

• Mobile 2FA now works.
• Improved threading functions, no longer needs to close program/re open on first login. User session persists while program is open, no need for relogging on processing start.
• Updated protobufs.
• Updated item index and wrote script for easy gathering of new items when (if) more CSGO updates occur.
