Zecwallet Lite v1.6.1: Send Transaction progress

This version of Zecwallet Lite adds a progress monitor when sending transactions. It shows the number of steps remaining and the estimated amount of time it will take to build and send large transactions (i.e., transactions with lots of inputs or outputs)
