.innerHTML doesn't process <script> tags so add a workaround so they can be run if they exist.
This is necessary for example on the {{< tweet> }} shortcodes that run a twitter script to
apply the layout/css to the block itself.

This are mostly "quality of life" improvements that I needed to make while running hugo_enc on my own blog.
I ended up hitting a few problems with the original code and (tried to) fix them. Hope it's useful for someone else using this plugin.
