  • Create release 3.0.0
  • Update NEWS file
  • Check Zenodo after release with the new package name
  • Write a message in rOpenSci thread explaining about the new release and why it was needed (bad news: editor checks may need to be done again? good news: code base is simpler, documentation is improved)

Hi @RayStick - I love the new logo, is it decided or would you like my help in producing more options?

@BatoolMM thanks! Yes it is decided (as you, Mahwish and I are happy with it). Do you mind adding it to the package via a PR?
