Publish 3.0.0 release

• Make a new logo reflecting the new package name (with help from @BatoolMM and @Rainiefantasy )
• Put new logo into package files via PR (@BatoolMM do you mind doing that?)
• Acknowledge HDRUK Gateway in this package as a data source #175
• Double check documentation: check all badges in the README are happy, check the pkgdown site is correct
• Make sure pkgcheck is passing: pkgcheck results - main #172

• Create release 3.0.0
• Update NEWS file
• Check Zenodo after release with the new package name
• Write a message in rOpenSci thread explaining about the new release and why it was needed (bad news: editor checks may need to be done again? good news: code base is simpler, documentation is improved)
