The anchor tx id is missing in the
getCloseChannelscall even though it is present in the cli command. This PR adds the missinganchor_spent_by,anchor_vout,anchor_is_confirmed, andanchor_is_pendingto the getCloseChannels result.Happy to change naming or object structure if you want me to.
