What is the purpose of this PR?
Add alternate scripts for feature analysis using SpaceCat. Include bridge scripts for formatting input and output as well.
Remaining issues
In a future PR we will need to figure out best way to combine this with the current script pipeline, condense cohort files/directories, & update the documentation.
