Unwanted content has been removed by updating the index.html . This gives a better UI experience to the users since its now free from all bugs:-)

I have corrected the bugs highlighted in the code and unwanted content has been removed—updated index.html

@ankit071105 kindly assign me this task under gssoc'24 and hactoberfest accepted and under level 2 or level 3, coz it was me who identified and corrected the error, though it is trivial, the impact would have cost a lot of negative impact from users, and I could able to resolve it.
