docker.io/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-ci-buildincubator-kie-issues#1211Change of kogito-ci-build image publishing location from quay.io to docker.io, this is a prerequisite to all other adjustments related to this image (e.g. branch.yaml ) so that the image is available when we adjust config to point at it.
Requires the dockerhub credentials to be available in jenkins as
dockerhub_apache_kie_registry_token
