CentOS 7: Copy init/appcanary.service to /etc/systemd/system/appcanary.service It is assumed that there is an appcanary system user

CentOS 6: Copy init/appcanary.centos6 to /etc/rc.d/init.d/appcanary It is assumed that there is an appcanary system user

Debian Jessie: Copy init/appcanary.service to /etc/systemd/system/appcanary.service It is assumed that there is an appcanary system user

Debian Wheezy: Copy init/default.wheezy to /etc/default/appcanary Copy init/init.wheezy to /etc/init.d/appcanary It is assumed that there is an appcanary system user
