Intermittent Issue: attributes have Null values when selecting certain features

Sometimes, when selecting a map feature and registering it, the attribute tables are blank, and I am unable to carry out editing. I’ve had examples where I can edit a resource, and then after, or later, when I go to make another edit, the attributes are Null.

Steps to reproduce

1. Establish an Arches Connection in Arc Pro using the given credentials

2. Select a feature to register and edit - sometimes the attribute table is empty and you are unable to register the feature

01/10/2020: Using the ‘Big Ben’ Consultation. Selected a feature to upload to the Create Resources pane. The resource uploaded fine. Selected the feature from the Uploaded Features list to edit, but I was unable to. I cleared the list and tried again, but this time I was unable to upload the feature, getting the same error (this resource is no longer available since the data refresh):
