こちらのREADMEを読みながらインストールしているときに
コマンドだけを個別にコピーできたら良いのにと思ったので、

README内のbashコマンドとドキュメントの記述を切り分けました。
（Github上だとコードブロックをコピーできるので）

また、localhost等のURLにリンクを貼っておきました。
