Also added an RSS Manager guide. Didn't think about both of them getting added to the same PR, whoops. This would also be a good link to add since there's been a few questions recently about the "RSS Feeds" in the server settings. This guide can also include information regarding the RSS health check (advplyr/audiobookshelf#2178) if that gets added. Both the health check modal and the "RSS Feed" table can link to the same guide, which can explain the differences.

Fixes #44
Used the edge build to make sure the graphics are up to date. The version number in the screenshots are wrong because it's technically not on 2.4.4, but figured it was close enough.
