Define a topology for our lab.

This issue addresses scenarios like "where is this" and "find my mate" - scenarios that require a location description. A topology for the arena in Magdeburg (German Open 2019) has been defined, but since we have a lot of demos in our lab, a topology for this is also needed.

Describe the solution you'd like
Once issue 1 #1 is solved, a configuration containing the information should be specified. As an example the definitions from Magdeburg could be considered.

Additional context
Especially important for "where is this" and "find my mate".
