- If we have a high number of FPs simply choosing them at random and assigning to stakers, there's a statistical chance that not all FPs will get delegations. We assign random chunks to Stakers, each time they delegate they choose randomly from their list and delegate
- Remove IAVL again so it doesn't pollute profiling info
