New release needed for ffmpeg 4.0

I noticed that in master you've fixed the compatibility issues with ffmpeg 4.0 but that qcli 0.9 does not have the fixes. Do you mind releasing a new version? See Homebrew/homebrew-core#26882 where we're trying to upgrade ffmpeg to 4.0 in Homebrew.

A new release would be indeed useful! There were 196 commits since qcli 0.9, dated 2017–08–17.

Thx @ilovezfs. I have a few blocking issues for a new release as the xml output of qcli is invalid. Shouldn't take too long to fix, but can't mark the release point yet without breaking things.

@dericed OK. We'll proceed with the FFmpeg 4.0 release, which will break qcli in Homebrew. Maybe you could backport just the FFmpeg 4.0 fixes to a 0.9.1 release while the other issues are still pending?
