First stable release of Irony.

Changes from previous RC:

  • Update stellaris parser map to latest game version (nothing too critical)
  • Make Irony not be so greedy with some files (ease file share permissions)
  • Implement retry strategy for IO operations
  • Add overlay while mod list is being refreshed
  • Add check for new mod descriptors context menu action
  • Localize messagebox prompt
  • Set fixed messagebox prompt content size

NOTES:

  • OSX is untested and should be considered experimental (I have no testers and no machine to test on)
  • Linux was briefly tested and should be considered experimental (incase the Stellaris folder is not detected check the Wiki FAQ)
