Fly.io Rails Hotwire Hiring Project

• This project is about a self-serve diagnostic tool to a simple Hotwire page that measures the network ping time between the browser and the server rendering the page when the user clicks a button, The ping measures the full network transfer time between the browser and the server and get displayed in milliseconds.
