fix(README): Adding link to new installation instructions #652

As a developer seeing the bitcoincash.org repository for the first time, and trying to figure out how to submit a PR, I was terribly confused by the older, outdated README. This little note addition to the README in the main repository will help developers like me find the more up-to-date instructions for contributing to this repository.
