Qualcomm supports up to a max of 16 root certs + 2 attestation certs making a max full of 18 EDL certs (excluding the certs after the edl payload), used mainly by Samsung, but it is supported in my leaked version of Qualcomm SecTools (one device that uses it is, SM-T560NU)
