this script installs now the latest released version of modules

add module icingaweb2-module-map
add (but disable) module icingaweb2-module-vspheredb - better, we wait for Thomas
You can now install icingaweb modules that have not yet been published.
The current git master branch is used for this purpose.
The graphite module is now preconfigured with a default time range.
