…e interface in CWM. This ensures everything (nearly everything) goes through `EWM` and thus locking can be ensured.

Alas, needs more work... an EMW locks #3 (focusing on BREthereumEWMClient.c) commit is needed. |

Probably best to review this change commit-by-commit, at least for the BREthereumEWM.c file. Made a number of cleanups in the process of reviewing EWM lock use.
