Jump immediately to object info on goto from pos_server

Add ui_state variable new_pushto
Set this when adding to recent list via pos_server goto command
Check this on object_list.active(), and if true, move right to object_details

Also added logic in jump_to system to prevent many recent/object detail ui_modules from being added to the stack on multiple go-to's from skysafari
