Pycollo 0.0.1-alpha

This is an updated initial alpha release of Pycollo including minor bug fixes:

• SyntaxWarnings from comparing identity not equality of objects to string literals.

Users should note that this is a non-production ready pre-release and therefore may contain instabilities and significant bugs. The API is also liable to change so users should expect new released to come with frequent increments in minor version number. The first official stable/production release is expect to come within the next few weeks and will likely be versioned 1.0.0.
