This release fixes some copyright filename issues.

Additionally,

• a new commentary on the doSojournWork function in APCD10Cr_mutations_analysis.R, and
• a note on renv in the README.md.

This re-release is merely to enable Zenodo to detect the release and download a ".zip-ball" (a what? 🥼 🔍 🧙🏼‍♂️ 💾) and register a DOI.
