Dockerized development setup

Notes

• Added hivemind to the image to manage frontend processes from a single container. Running multiple containers (which is The Docker Way) doesn't make a lot of sense for building assets

• Find a real BT user to test this setup
• Readme changes
• Merge Fix opening link on GUI-less Linux bullet_train-super_scaffolding#81

Future ideas

• Consider adding hybrid support is some sense (Ruby/Node locally, databases in Docker; Node locally, Ruby and databases in Docker)
• Consider extracting RuboCop/Standard into it's own gemfile (see the post)

I had to add these installations on the Dockerfile to make it all work :
