Dockerise the project

Description

Added Dockerfile.dev in both gdbui_server and webapp.

Additional context

Created a docker-compose file in root directory which manages both dockerfile.dev.
Use below command to start the project.

docker-compose up --build

Then navigate to /debug route for debugging⛳.

Dockerise the GDB-UI #14

Prerequisite

Added gdb Components with functionality of uploading file in server #12
