It looks like there are a lot of changes here, but it's really just the three new assets, current-year-only parcel universe, permits, and status, as well as appeals, which I forgot to add when the asset was originally published.
The 2024 open data refresh includes some coding updates, but is primarily about changes to assets on the open data portal. Our permits and parcel status views are now on the open data portal, and a current-year-only version of parcel universe has been added.
