### Dr. Dawn Foster
Dr. Dawn Foster works as the Director of Data Science for CHAOSS where she is also a board member / maintainer. She is co-chair of CNCF TAG Contributor Strategy and an OpenUK board member. She has 20+ years of experience at companies like VMware and Intel with expertise in community, strategy, governance, metrics, and more. She has spoken at over 100 industry events and has a BS in computer science, an MBA, and a PhD. In her spare time she enjoys reading science fiction, running, and traveling.

### Ruth Ikegah
Ruth Ikegah is the Community Lead at CHAOSS Africa, working to engage African open source contributors and increase the adoption of metrics to improve the health of Open Source communities in the continent. She is also a co-chair at the CHAOSS board and a maintainer in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) working group.

Ruth's impressive professional journey is marked by her unwavering commitment to open source technology; as an open source advocate, she has made significant contributions to numerous projects and has played a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment within the community. Through her advocacy efforts, she has inspired countless individuals to embrace open source principles and contribute their own unique skill sets to the ever-evolving landscape of technology.

### Daniel Izquierdo
Daniel Izquierdo is a researcher and co-founder of Bitergia and currently holding the position of CEO, he is focused on the quality of the data, research of new metrics, analysis and studies of interest for Bitergia customers via data mining and processing. Daniel earned a PhD in free software engineering in 2012 focused on the analysis of buggy developers activity patterns in the Mozilla community. He is board member at CHAOSS community and President of the InnerSource Commons Foundation. |

### Daniel S. Katz
Daniel S. Katz is Chief Scientist at NCSA and a Research Associate Professor in Computing and Data Science, and in Information Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He works on issues at the triple point of research software, people, and policies. He is a co-lead of the [Parsl project](https://parsl-project.org), co-founder and current Associate Editor-in-Chief of the [Journal of Open Source Software](https://joss.theoj.org/), co-founder of the [US Research Software Engineer Association (US-RSE)](https://us-rse.org/), and co-founder and steering committee chair of the [Research Software Alliance (ReSA)](https://www.researchsoft.org/).

### Georg Link
Georg’s mission is to make open source more professional by using community metrics and analytics. Georg cofounded the CHAOSS Project to advance analytics and metrics for open source project health. Georg is an active contributor to several projects and has often presents on open source topics. Georg has an MBA and a Ph.D. in Information Technology. As the Director of Sales at Bitergia, Georg helps organizations and communities adopt metrics and make open source more sustainable.

### Katie McLaughlin
Katie has worn many different hats over the years. They have been a software developer for many languages, systems administrator for multiple operating systems, and speaker on many different topics. They work as a collaborator on the Open Source Complex Ecosystems and Networks (OCEAN) project, and is the primary developer of octohatrack. When they're not changing the world, they enjoy trail running, embroidery, and seeing just how well various application stacks handle emoji.

### Stephen Pollard
Stephen Pollard – Director & FOSS Management advisor. Stephen is a director at Orcro Ltd. His skillset and experience are focused on the capabilities needed to put new strategies into action. Stephen advises clients on how to achieve their strategic goals and acts as a partner in helping drive through change. Originally a systems architect Stephen has been a technology management consultant for over 30 years. He is leading the work in the development of the OpenChain capability model - which is the focus of the presentation.

### Paul Sharratt
Paul Sharratt is the Policy and Research Manager at the Sovereign Tech Agency, where he leads research on digital infrastructure and open-source ecosystems, contributing to broader conversations on technology development in the public interest. His work centres on assessing the impact of public investments in open-source digital infrastructure projects, with a focus on strengthening digital sovereignty for individuals, industries, and governments.

Before joining the Sovereign Tech Agency, Paul worked as a digitalization consultant and a product manager. He holds a Master of Science in Data Science for Public Policy from the Hertie School.

Peculiar is an experienced software engineer with a versatile background in software development, project management and a community builder with proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving innovations and contributing to open-source projects. She loves mentoring young people and early-career professionals on open-source contribution.

### Dmitry Vinnik
Dmitry Vinnik is a Lead Developer Advocate at Meta, focused primarily on open source. With a decade of experience in the tech industry, Dmitry is recognized for his expertise in developer relations, dev tools, programming languages, and open source technologies. He is a regular speaker at conferences and meetups on various topics related to software development, open source, and engineering leadership.
