Currently, the cutoff wait time for funding transactions is 30 mins. If the funding isn't confirmed by that time, makers will trigger recovery.

The taker log currently doesn't show these waiting stats. having a one-line mentioning how much time has elapsed since the funding broadcast with the cutoff limit. This will help users identify swaps that are timing out in the logs.
