Following the issue #221 ("clFFT offset in cl_mem") that I opened last year, I have added the ability to set the input and output offsets, something that could be done with cuFFT.
The offset(s) can be changed like kernel parameters with clfftSetPlanOffsetIn and clfftSetPlanOffsetOut, so that it is not necessary to rebake the plan.
I have tested the functionality without the client, which is not operational yet, but works the same way as before if the parameters offsetIn and offsetOut are left untouched.
