fix(clerk-js): Satellite syncing SSR -> CSR

Description

Fixes an issue in our satellite domain sync flow where we were using two different query params across @clerk/backend (__clerk_redirect_url) and @clerk/clerk-js (__clerk_satellite_url). This aligns clerk-js to use __clerk_redirect_url, with a fallback to look for __clerk_satellite_url in the case of intearction with an older version.
