This change prints the product name in place of CPU and "Unknown" when the CPU is completely unknown. Having the benchmark run with an unidentified CPU is probably more useful than having it fail to build on a new platform, so `#warning` is chosen over `#error`.
Support "Apple Silicon" Macs
It contains a couple of diacritics that are not encountered in other languages like t/s comma.
Add Romanian translation to tembench_message
Changes to a better string for CPU ID on Apple platforms

Unfortunately it does not add many diacritics. I could formulate it in a way that adds more but it be less natural. "onog koji spava" would then be "spavajućeg".
