add linewidth option for plot_pseudotime

Add an option "trendline_width" to plot_genes_in_pseudotime function that allows the width of the geom_line to be adjusted. Useful for aesthetics when making these plots for publication. All of the other changes are automatic deletions of whitespace due to formatting differences (can resubmit without). Not a priority but a useful option to have and it fits with the other functions where line width can be controlled.
