Command not found: /usr/bin/supervisord

This container quits at the last line. I've tried adding apt-get install supervisor and a few other changes (e.g., mkdir -p /etc/supervisor/conf.d). I have to repackage every time I make a change, and this is getting rather tiresome.

An update: apparently supervisor does not work with Python 3. Reverting to Python 2 (but including Python 3 in container). We'll see how that goes.
