-ngpools have.price_oracle(uint256)instead of.price_oracle()and have built-in EMA TVL (.D_oracle()).AggregatePrice2can not be updated in several contracts, thus addedStableSwapNGAdapter.vyfor it. Also updatedAggregatePrice3to use built-in EMA TVL.
