Font outline and Index Rollover

Now cycles through options when too few options given instead of crashing.
Font now has black dynamic border size.

Linux and Index Hotfix

updates default Linux config file
fixes index bug for segments.length !=6

Individual Colours and Images

Now allows for the selection of individual background colours, font colours and images for each segment.
Images are MASKED segments.

Fixed Linux path. Needs Linux sound testing.
Switched to small Windows releases, now requires installing Java OpenJDK 17 (get it here: https://adoptium.net/download/)
