v1.0.2 contains changes for LaunchMON's build system modernization:

• Delete bundled dependent packages (libgcrypt, libgpg-error and boost);
• Remove intermediate files generated/copied from autotools such as Makefile.in; they will only be included in distribution tarballs;
• Move package specification files and resource management config files to etc;
• Update README files and bootstrap options;
• Update autotools files (configure.ac, m4 files under config, and Makefile.am)
