Salesforce App - Conversation Toolkit API Helper

This project provides a component to allow automation of recommended Next Best Actions off of Voice Calls, as well as Chat and Messaging Conversations in Salesforce

Instructions

The app consists of:

• Lightning component (to be added to Voice Call, Chat Transcript, or Messaging Session page layouts
• Custom object: Conversation Helper. Creating this object allows you to match a keyword or keyphrase to a Recommendation
• Pre-built Next Best Action strategy.
