今天忽然意识到,这样一个晦涩的词,串联起来许多片段: | ||

||
1. 我意识到自省的重要性[reflection]({{< relref "20220224200735-reflection.md" >}}),特别是以日记的方式写下来[write_it_down]({{< relref "20220510210940-write_it_down.md" >}})。 | ||
2. 无意中买了《沉思录》。被他的封面吸引,但是因为他的游荡的语言感无法完成阅读。 | ||
现在才意识到,这是他的每日自省,果然和我自己平常写下来的东西一样不着东西。 | ||
3. [冥想]({{< relref "20211213123832-冥想.md" >}})自不用说,甚至今天才意识到《沉思录》的原文就是Meditations。 | ||
mental strength是可以被锻炼的。 | ||
斯多葛主义主张很多类型的刻意练习,在冥想之外,还有困境假想:在想象中的困境中感受痛苦,以提高自己的忍耐力。 | ||
4. 意识到痛苦比快乐更本质,尤其是[困境的意义]({{< relref "20211122223356-困境的意义.md" >}})。 | ||
快乐无法脱离痛苦而存在,但是痛苦可以独立存在。这不是一个很强的论据吗。 | ||

无意间,自己竟然成为一名斯多葛主义的信仰者吗。 | ||

||
对你面对的事物进行这种判断,以及根据这种判断分配你的注意力。 | ||
|
||
简单来说,不要对你不可以控制的事情大喊大叫,例如导致航班延误的恶劣天气。 | ||

不要在无法取胜的对手身上耗尽力气。 | ||
|
||

|
||
一众所谓的“人生哲学”,大多数是陈词滥调,充斥着自欺欺人和安慰剂效应。 | ||
|
||
但是其中我最早发现对自己真的有帮助的,可能就是自省。他可以是[冥想]({{< relref "20211213123832-冥想.md" >}}),可以是Journal。 | ||
|
||
这是最易得的一种安全的对话环境。 | ||
|
||
|
||
### 把痛苦当作一种机会,当作一种练习 {#把痛苦当作一种机会-当作一种练习} | ||
|
||
如果一个人足够幸运的话,他对痛苦的承受能力随着年龄的增长应该逐步增强。 | ||
|
||
我想如果大家回忆自己的过去,应该能对这句话感到认可。 | ||
|
||
更进一步地,我们甚至应该通过假想的困境来锻炼自己这种能力。 | ||
设想你在海上航行,但是不幸得了没有药可以有效治疗的疾病。 | ||
|
||
一方面,这是一种练习,当真的不行出现时,不会感到过度惊慌。 | ||
|
||
另一方面,这像是精神冷水澡,在练习过后,我们会对真实的处境更加。 | ||
|
||
|
||
## 对斯多葛主义的批评 {#对斯多葛主义的批评} | ||
|
||
有一种声音认为,斯多葛主义是在美化所有事实:我虽然搞砸了这个,但是搞砸这件事锻炼了我。 | ||
|
||
也是一种通用的安慰剂。 |
