I migrated this as 1:1 as possible, we might want to consider rewriting a lot of this to use the perpetual market summaries instead, though I am not sure which of these might be rendering assets which aren't real markets yet.
This also fully migrates CancelAllOrdersInMarketForm.tsx, need to test that.
